Combining dance, martial arts and mindfulness, Nia tones your body while transforming your mind. More than just a workout, Nia is a holistic fitness practice addressing each aspect of your life - body, mind and soul.
We believe every person can discover, explore, unleash, and enhance their individual potential to live a healthy and meaningful life by engaging their senses and listening to their bodies.
Nia is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced.
Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes - body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
Nia is non-impact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to individual needs and abilities. Nia classes are taught by licensed Nia teachers.

Pilates

Pilates Mat Classes are the floor work version of the Pilates method. These classes take place in a group setting using your body weight as the primary source of resistance.
Focus is placed on precise movements originating from the center or core of your body. Working from the deepest layers of muscles, which stabilize and support your spine and pelvis, resulting in a strong, flexible spine with ideal posture and alignment. Classes emphasize the foundational principals of Pilates while offering modifications and variations to suit each students individual needs.

Mat work combined with resistance bands, light weights and occasionally exercise balls makes for a dynamic workout that employs all eight to ten muscle groups with focus on core stability. Non-impact

FEATURINGʉۢ 30 Minutes of High Intensity Intervals. These SHORT, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism and improved fat burning. HIIT increases the amount of calories you burn during your exercise session and afterward because it increases the length of the time it takes your body to recover from each exercise.

Wear closed toe athletic shoes. Bring water and a towel.

SilverSneakers Circuit

The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball.  A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants.
